A Trustle reviewer visits the property and checks that it matches your listing.

Pay in person
Once your home passes, you pay the reviewer — in cash or another offline method. If it doesn’t pass, you pay nothing.

After a final check by our team, the listing runs for the number of days you chose, starting the day it goes live.

Pricing questions
Is there a commission when my property gets rented?
No. You pay only the listing fee — nothing from your rent or deposit, ever.
How do I pay?
In person, to the Trustle reviewer at the verification visit — in cash or another offline method. Nothing is paid online.
What if my listing doesn’t pass verification?
You don’t pay. The reviewer tells you what needs fixing; update your listing and submit it again for another visit.
Is the fee refundable?
No. Listing fees are not refunded once paid — including if you rent the home out early or take the listing down.
What happens when my listing expires?
We email you a week before it expires. During that week you can renew without another visit. Renewing early is 20% off, and an assisted listing isn’t charged the assisted fee again. Once it has expired, renewing needs a fresh verification visit at the regular price. If you rent the home out, mark it as rented and it leaves search.
How does the LAUNCH100 code work?
It takes 100% off the listing fee — including assisted listing — for 30- and 60-day listings submitted until 30 Nov 2026. It’s applied automatically when you list. Each account can use it once. It doesn’t apply to 90-day listings, featured placement or renewals.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Each listing has its own fee, based on its rent and how long it runs.
