Trustle started with a simple frustration: finding a rental in Kerala meant calling brokers, paying hefty commissions, and dealing with listings that looked nothing like the actual property. We built an alternative.
What we are building
Trustle is Kerala's first physically verified rental platform. We connect tenants directly with property owners — no middlemen, no hidden fees, no fake listings.
Before any listing goes live, a Trustle reviewer visits the property and checks it against the listing. Listings that pass earn a Verified badge — a signal that what you see is what you get.
We are starting in Kottayam, where NRI families, young professionals, and local renters all share the same pain: an opaque, broker-dominated rental market. We will expand across Kerala soon. That is changing.
